How do I return an item?
KidStart Supply guarantees your satisfaction on all products received from our company within 60 days of purchase. All returns are subject to review and require prior authorization from our Return Department. Please contact our Customer Service at 844-396-KIDS(5437) for complete instructions.
If you have received an item that you would like to return, please repackage the product in its original packaging or box, include a photocopy of the original Packing Slip, clearly indicating the product that is being returned, in addition with the reason for the return. If a return shipment is multiple packages, please include a copy in each box.
Be sure to include your contact information, along with the best phone and fax number that you can be reached at. It is important that you ship your product back via any traceable method. KidStart Supply will not be responsible for shipments lost in transit. Should you decide to return an item, please follow the above instruction and send packages to:

What about drop shipped items, shipped directly from the manufacturer?
Please observe the following terms and conditions in regards to receiving products shipped directly from the manufacturer:
- If any there is any visible damage, customer must refuse product at time of delivery.
- It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect package at the time of delivery.
- If unable to refuse, detailed notes and pictures (if possible) must be taken, notifying KidStart Supply within 7 days of delivery.
KidStart Supply will not be responsible for product replacement if damaged product is accepted but not notated on delivery receipt.
If you would like to return a product that has been drop shipped directly from a manufacturer, please contact our Return Department at 800-485-2737, so they may instruct you to either return the product to KidStart Supply or directly to the manufacturer. Drop shipped items may incur a restocking fee depending on the nature and condition of the return.
Are there any items that I cannot return?
The following products do have restrictions and cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 844-396-KIDS(5437) for further details.
- Refurbished/Discount Items
- Cubical Curtains
- Oxygen Tanks
- Expired Products
- Used Products
- Embroidered Lab Coats
- Items that have been marked or written on
Expired product may be returned within six (6) months prior to expiration. Expired product must be received within twelve (12) months after expiration for credit to be considered.
Will I be issued a credit for my return?
All returns are subject to review by KidStart Supply. Acceptance of return does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of return goods, as KidStart Supply reserves the right to accept or reject the product for credit.
Upon acceptance of return, customers have the option to request replacement product, credit for future orders, or receive a full refund. All credit issued by KidStart Supply must be used within 180 days of date issued.
What do I do if my shipment is damaged?If you happen to receive a package that appears to be damaged, you may either refuse the shipment or accept the package as damaged. Please contact our Return Department immediately at 844-396-KIDS(5437). Once you have notified the Return Department, necessary steps will be taken to ship you replacement product(s) or issue a credit when applicable.
What should I do if I open my shipment and find defective product?
KidStart Supply will make every attempt to accurately pick, pack and ship your order to you. In the event you receive your order incorrectly or have received damaged and/or defective products please contact our Return Department at 844-396-KIDS(5437) as soon as possible.
What if I open my shipment and product is missing?
Check your Packing List carefully - all backordered items will be marked "SHORTAGE TO FOLLOW" and shipped as they are received. If not marked, please call our customer service at 844-396-KIDS(5437), so that we may better assist you.
The Shipping Department at KidStart Supply makes every attempt to pick, pack and ship your order accurately. Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase. Should your order arrive incomplete, please contact our Customer Service Department at 844-396-KIDS(5437) so we may investigate your order further.
I have an item that needs to be repaired; where should I send it?
All repairs are subject to review and require prior authorization from our Repair Department. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 844-396-KIDS(5437) for complete instructions.
Instruments and equipment that need to be repaired can be sent directly to KidStart Supply. Please complete the Repair Order Form and send it (or a copy) along with the item to ensure the completion of the repair.
Please note that it is highly suggested that you ship your item via a traceable method, as KidStart Supply cannot be held responsible for items lost in-transit.
